WHAT TYPE OF LENSES CAN I ORDER?
Anti Blue Lens
Regular Single Vision
We offer AR Single Vision lenses. You have two options to choose either our regular lens or our lens with Anti-Blue Light Blocking technology. Our Anti-Blue Light lenses will block out 25% of blue light coming from artificial lights and your devices.

When ordering you will also be prompted to manually enter your prescription as it is shown on your Rx for extra precaution. Please carefully check that you’ve entered your prescription exactly as it is shown on your Rx. We cannot accept an expired Rx.
WHAT IS MY PUPILLARY DISTANCE (PD)?
STEP 1
Take a ruler place it directly over the center of your right pupil. For stability place it against your forehead or have someone help you!
STEP 2
Looking into a mirror, measure the distance (mm) from the center of your right pupil to the center of your left pupil.
STEP 3
Repeat steps 1 & 2 at least 3 times to check for accuracy!
Your PD is the distance between your pupills and helps our lab technicians determine where to correctly center your prescription into our frames. An adult women’s average PD is between 58 - 63 mm. We highly suggest that you ask your optometrist for your PD upon taking your eye exam for the most accurate measuring. You may also use the easy guide we’ve provided below to help measure for yourself!
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
We do not accept insurance. However, you might be able to contact your insurance provider for a reimbursement using your receipt sent to you via email. This is not a guarantee.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY LENSES?
All lenses come standard with UV protection and anti-glare, water resistant, and scratch resistant coatings. You may select our premium Anti-Blue Light lenses which block out 25% of blue light rays. All lenses have a 1.60 index, but you may selct our Lens Thinner add-on for a thinner 1.67 index. Please note that we require our Lens Thinner add-on for any prescription with a SPH between -3.25 and -5.0 for cosmetics purposes so that your lenses are not thick.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do not accept returns for prescription glasses. All prescription glasses are Final Sale. Please be sure to enter your prescription and review your order carefully before submitting.
IS THERE A WARRANTY INCLUDED?
There is a 1- year warranty included in case of any damages or scratches and is applicable to the lenses only. The warranty will not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
WHEN WILL MY GLASSES ARRIVE?
Your order is sent to our labratory immediately after it is placed. Lens processing will take 3-4 days and allow additional time for shipping. For orders within the US, glasses will arrive to you in 7-14 business days, dependent on the shipping option you chose at checkout.
