Here at TopFoxx we love our customers and we also understand that returns can be the most important part of the online shopping experience.
We welcome you to take the time to carefully read over the following information to make the return process as smooth and hassle free as humanly possible for you. 

 

If you decide your item did not work out for you

The time frame in which we accept returns on Eligible Products for:

1) Refunds to the original form of payment is within 15 calendar days* 
or
2) Exchanges/Store Credit is within 30 calendar days*

*From the day the tracking page shows it was delivered to you, to the day the return is postmarked and sent back to us.

 

Eligible Product means:

• Merchandise must be returned within the specified time frame.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, unperfumed and not damaged.
• Merchandise must be returned with all original plastic packaging, hand tags and protective leather case 
• Merchandise was not purchased at sale or discounted price of over 20%
• All sale/discounted items over 20% are final sale, non refundable and only eligible for exchange/store credit. 
• Items purchased with store credit or with redeemed points are not refundable either 
• Accessories must be in the same condition as received
• Merchandise was returned in a cardboard box

Non-Eligible Products:

• Intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, and face masks will not be accepted due to hygienic reasons.

• Broken and/or damaged items will not be accepted. 
• Prescription glasses will not be accepted. Please do not send your prescription glasses. 
• Carbon Neutral Shipping will not be refunded.

Terms and conditions of Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of postage for their returned items.

• Unfortunately we currently do not provide free return shipping labels.
• You have the option to purchase one from us, or you can purchase through your preferred carrier. 
• If you did not purchase a return shipping label from us, you must include your order number in the package and email us your return tracking number, or a copy of your receipt from the carrier to returns@topfoxx.com to be able to process your return a lot faster. 
• If you do not provide us with this information, you can expect extended processing times for your return to be completed.

Returns for refunds are subject to restocking fees.

Product Warranty is non refundable if the item or the order is returned after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Once your return request is received, you will receive an email to notify you about the status of your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your requested outcome.

Returns should be postmarked within 15 days to be eligible for a refund. (30 Days for an exchange)

Returned item(s) should not have been purchased at a discounted price of over 20%, or purchased with redeemed points or store credit to be eligible for a refund. Prescriptions are not eligible for refunding either. 

Returns are processed within 15-20 business days after delivery.*

*Additional return processing time is sometimes required during peak season sales due to COVID-19 restrictions. 

 

Exchanges:

Any 'Eligible Product' can be returned for a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery (from the date the tracking page shows it was delivered).

If you receive the wrong item in your order or a defective* product, please contact us right away at info@topfoxx.com with a picture of the item, your name and order number and we will resolve the situation for you right away.

*Defective means you received the item in unwearable condition the moment you received it, not several weeks later. It will be our discretion to determine if the item you received is defective. If you purchased a warranty for your product, you may claim your warranty for a replacement HERE.

To exchange an item, you will need to fill out the return form to send your item back to us. Once the return is completed, you will receive a store credit code, with the full value of the item(s) returned. You will be able to use  this code to select the item you want to exchange for from our store to cover the difference in cost (if any), and shipping cost as well.

 

Cancellations: 

You are able to cancel your order at any time as long as it has not been fulfilled. 
If you need to cancel your unfulfilled order, please contact us right away.

• When your order is fulfilled, it can take up to two hours for the system to send you a notification. 
  
  
• Just because you haven’t received the notification, it doesn’t always mean your order has not been shipped.
  
  

• Most of the time, orders are packaged and shipped within a few hours of placing your order so we cannot guarantee that you will be able to cancel your order on the weekends, after hours, or holidays.

When you successfully cancel your order, you will be refunded to the original form of payment and your product(s) will not be sent to you. 

You will not be able to cancel your order while it is in transit to you. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information. 

If you were not able to cancel your order, and you still do not want your order, you will need to return the unopened package to the return address. Please note, all returns are subject to restocking fees. 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet,

1. First, check your bank account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your transaction history.
2. Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially processed in their system.

Refunds can take about 2-3 weeks during peak season due to higher than normal volumes.

As a purchaser from our store, you understand that for any charges you dispute with your bank, we have the right to provide any and all evidence to the issuing bank to prove that the charge is legitimate, and you will no longer receive a refund from us.



Import Duty/Tax

Any import duties or fees the recipient is charged by the shipping company or their country's customs agency is the recipient’s responsibility, NOT Topfoxx, and for any delivery delays associated with such fees. We cannot provide an estimate on how much this may be, as the shipping carriers don't provide this to us. We have no say with your country's customs and import agencies. If the product is never picked up and sent back by the shipping carrier, you will be refunded for the product minus the real cost of shipping and handling.

In order to claim the benefits of this warranty, you must have purchased a warranty for your item at the moment of checkout, and obtained a warranty claim number.

 

PURCHASE OF WARRANTY

You can purchase the limited warranty along with your items at checkout.
If you didn’t purchase the limited warranty for your order, you have up to 30 days to do so. After that period, we can no longer accept the purchase of warranty.

If the warranty was not purchased along with the items at checkout, you must reach out to our customer service department to request to purchase the warranty. 

WHAT IS COVERED

This Limited Warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship in this product. 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This limited warranty does not cover the following 

 

DURATION OF THE WARRANTY

This warranty will cover your product for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. 

Warranty coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in workmanship or material

WHO IS COVERED 

Only the original purchaser of this product is covered under this limited warranty.
This limited warranty is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or owners of this product.

If the product covered under the warranty was a gift, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance with your claim. 

HOW TO SUBMIT A LIMITED WARRANTY CLAIM

To obtain the benefit of this warranty, fill out the form to initiate a request for a replacement for your product. Available here.

Along with the Warranty Claim Code, you will need to include your order number, the name on the order, a picture of the item, and proof of purchase.
In order to pursue any remedy under this limited warranty, you must possess an original, dated receipt of the product as proof of purchase from Topfoxx.

Once your request is reviewed, you will receive correspondence from Topfoxx with information about the outcome of your request, return information or if more information from you is required.

If it is decided that this product should be returned directly to Topfoxx, this product should be properly packed in a carton box, for shipping.

If your claim is approved, we will then update you with your replacement order status. 

Topfoxx retains the exclusive right to replace your eyewear at its sole discretion. 

WHAT TOPFOXX WILL DO

Topfoxx will, at its sole option, send you a new pair of the same item covered by your warranty in exchange for the one you are wanting to replace to satisfy a proper claim under this limited warranty, and your claim code will no longer be valid. 

If the product is not available in our inventory, we will provide you with one of the following:

• Store credit for the original value of the product
• A different item of equal or lesser value

 

WHAT TOPFOXX WILL NOT DO UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY

If this product is returned to Topfoxx, uninsured, we will not assume any risks of loss or damage during shipment.

Refund your return, as this is reserved only and exclusively for eligible returns.
Topfoxx will not include a warranty for your replacement item. Your Topfoxx product warranty expires the moment you receive a replacement product from Topfoxx. 

 

NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY APPLIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPFOXX SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF TOPFOXX CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM OR EXCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THEN ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES COVERING THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL APPLY TO THIS PRODUCT AS PROVIDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
