FREE WARRANTY - ONE TIME REPLACEMENT FOR LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PRODUCTS

PURCHASE PROTECTION FOR SUNGLASSES AND BLUE LIGHT 

Terms of TopFoxx Free Warranty:

Upon every purchase on July 6th, 2023 and after, every order will come with a one-year free warranty to cover a one-time replacement if the product is lost or damaged.

This warranty covers:

• One-time replacement for lost, stolen, broken or damaged sunglasses within one year of purchase.
• One-year timeline begins from the date of purchase, not the date the sunglasses were received.
• Replacement only applies to the same product purchased and is not transferable to other products.
• If the desired product is not available at the time of redemption, the customer can choose another product of equal or lesser value or wait for restock of the original item.
• This warranty applies only to products purchased on TopFoxx.com and not through third-party websites (ie. Etsy, Amazon, etc.)
• This warranty applies only to TopFoxx sunglasses and blue light blockers. It is not applicable for prescription sunglasses, prescription glasses, or accessories (pouches, cases, etc.)
• Upon redemption of the warranty replacement, the customer only needs to pay a processing fee based on the shipping location. 
• This fee covers standard shipping only
• For expedited shipping, the customer must cover the cost of shipping fee.

To process a one time replacement, you need to fill out the free warranty request form .
